1. Accounts and responsible use
Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts you are authorized to control. Do not impersonate another person, bypass access controls, misuse invitations or download links, send spam, harass people, upload malicious code, or interfere with the service. Report suspected misuse to launchbucket@gmail.com.
Use the service only where you can lawfully enter the applicable arrangements and have the permissions needed for your content and activities. LaunchBucket is not a substitute for legal, tax, financial, or professional advice.
2. Your audio and other content
You retain your existing rights in recordings, compositions, lyrics, performances, profile materials, and other content. Uploading, recording, collaborating, or accepting an invitation does not by itself transfer copyright to LaunchBucket or another user. Share only content you own or have sufficient permission to use, including permission from performers and other rights holders where required.
You authorize LaunchBucket and its providers to store, copy, process, create technical previews of, and deliver your content as needed to provide the features you request and enforce their access rules. That operational permission does not authorize unrelated commercial exploitation or general-purpose AI training. Public display and delivery follow the publication, audience, and sharing choices you make.
3. Collaboration and creative rights
Private collaborations use explicit invitations, offered permissions, and, where required, recorded versioned acknowledgments. VIEW and VIEW_AND_EDIT permissions determine access to the tools; neither automatically grants release rights, commercial exploitation, copyright ownership, or the right to manage collaborators. Existing collaboration acknowledgments continue to govern their specific arrangements.
Agree separately on credits, ownership shares, licenses, deliverables, fees, and release permissions before distributing a work or relying on a creative arrangement. LaunchBucket provides tools and records; it does not determine copyright ownership or guarantee a collaborator’s work, payment, conduct, or commercial success. A platform permission is not a substitute for a rights agreement.
4. Publication, downloads, and recovery
You are responsible for choosing whether content is private, shared, or public and ensuring publication and downloads are authorized. A recipient can keep a delivered copy. Revocation controls future access through the service but cannot recall a downloaded file or remove independent third-party copies.
Recording recovery in browser storage is temporary and depends on the browser and device. Save or download important recordings and keep your own backup. The service can be interrupted, and features or file limits can change. LaunchBucket does not promise uninterrupted availability or recovery of every lost file.
5. Creator accounts and financial features
Creator profiles, services, events, inquiries, bookings, and proposed project agreements must accurately describe what you offer and what has been agreed. Displaying a listing does not mean LaunchBucket verifies a creator’s qualifications or endorses their services.
Live payments, subscription charging, payouts, and producer financial processing are disabled in this release. Do not treat a draft price, funding plan, ledger screen, or proposed agreement as a completed payment or guarantee of future activation. LaunchBucket does not provide escrow. If financial features are activated later, applicable prices, fees, provider terms, cancellation and refund terms, and transaction-specific acknowledgments must be disclosed before use. Separate collaboration or project agreements are not replaced by these general terms.
6. Privacy and communications
The Privacy Policy describes account information, audio, collaboration records, technical logs, providers, and available privacy controls. Account verification and security messages support use of the service. Optional collaboration emails and other background delivery features require their own activation and controls. Do not use the product to send unauthorized messages or expose another person’s private information.
7. Misuse, restrictions, and account closure
LaunchBucket may restrict access to address security threats, unlawful conduct, abuse, or violations of applicable platform rules. The response should reflect the circumstances and legal obligations. Contact launchbucket@gmail.com about an access or content concern without sending credentials or confidential recordings unnecessarily.
Self-service account deletion is not enabled. Shared Projects, stored media, external connections, audit records, and financial or other retention obligations require review before removal. Contact LaunchBucket about closure; this draft does not promise immediate deletion or erase another participant’s shared records. Available unpublish, revocation, export, and sign-out controls can be used meanwhile.
8. Service limitations and disputes
LaunchBucket does not guarantee creative quality, commercial success, collaborator performance, uninterrupted service, or resolution of every technical problem. Keep independent copies of important work and confirm rights and obligations with the people involved.
Nothing in these terms excludes a right, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. This draft does not impose mandatory arbitration, select a governing jurisdiction, waive collective remedies, or set a monetary liability cap. Raise service concerns with launchbucket@gmail.com; creative and commercial disputes between users may require independent advice.
9. Changes and contact
Approved changes will be identified on this page, with appropriate notice of material changes and any acceptance required for them. An update does not silently transfer rights in your existing work or rewrite a previously recorded collaboration agreement. Contact LaunchBucket at launchbucket@gmail.com with questions about these terms.
